Issues
======

1. LDAP Server
LDAP supports the following schema.
	Surname:	sn
	Name:		cn
	Company name:	o, company, companyname
	Department:	ou, department
	E-mail address:	mail
	Fax number:	facsimileTelephoneNumber,fax

2. When MFP's address book is changed after downloading Public AddressBook, destinations may differ between Public AddressBook and MFP's address book.  In this case, Network-Fax is not sent to destinations that do not exist in MFP's address book, due to the security policy.
In this case, check the message log through TopAccess.  The following error message is shown.
"Security error on eSTUDIO Address Book" (Error Code 5C11)
When this error occurs or the MFP's address book is changed, download Public AddressBook again.

3. MAPI Setting
For MAPI connected server setting, refer to the respective manual for each server.
MAPI address book is supported by Outlook 2002 or later.

4. MAPI Address Book on 64bit OS
Select the 64-bit MAPI-supported Email client software as default, when you use the MAPI Address Book on 64-bit OS.

5. When you use the Address Book Converter but it does not run, download J2SE Java Runtime Environment (JRE) from the following URL:
http://www.java.com

6. SNMPv3 setting has been initialized when updating it from AddressBook Viewer V3.1.103.0/V3.1.103.1. Please set it again in the Local Discovery.
